Description:

It adopts three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator, no carbon brush, and sends out three-phase ALTERNATING current. The bottom outgoing line is three-wire, and the LED can be lit by gently pushing the wind blade. If it needs to be converted into DIRECT current, you can give 6 rectifier diodes and a filter capacitor as a gift. The bottom aluminum alloy bracket with screw holes is convenient for installation and fixation. The blade beam adopts hardware stamping to ensure the strength.

The blade adopts PVC popular design, high conversion efficiency, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, generator shaft fixed with flange, to ensure accuracy and level, the rest of the parts using 3D printing manufacturing. It can be used for interior decoration, scientific experiment and model making .The height of the whole machine is 420mm, the distance from the edge of the fan blade to the axis is 105mm, the rotating diameter is 220mm, and the length of the blade is 250mm.

First put the blade into the propeller clamp , as shown in the above pictures 3 and 4 . The screws are the three longer screws and the corresponding nuts in the parts bag . The outer end of the blade bracket faces the flange direction , don't install it In reverse .


The second step is to install the blades .

Picture 3 is in the position where the threaded hole is facing upwards and all three blades are drawn . Do not install it backwards

Picture 1 is a screw and a nut . Two screws are installed on each blade and the nut is installed on the back of the blade

The last step is to connect the base to the main shaft of the generator , and install the installed blade main body to the upper shaft of the generator . Note that there are two small screws at the flange of picture 4 that must be tightened
