How do I place an order on 54 Energy?
Ordering is simple and fully online. Browse products at 54energy.net, select your product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. No formal quote, quotation, or purchase order is required — all prices are displayed directly on the product page. After payment is confirmed, your order is processed and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Do I need to request a quote or quotation before purchasing?
No. A quote is not necessary. You can search and buy products directly on our website. All product prices, including shipping costs, are displayed at checkout. This applies to individual and small business purchases alike. For bulk orders exceeding 10 units, contact us at info@54energy.com for potential volume discounts.
How do I know if my order was confirmed and payment approved?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains your order number (e.g., #1354), product details, and payment status. If your payment is approved, the order status will show as "Confirmed." You can also contact us at info@54energy.com with your order number to verify the status.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellation may be possible if the product has not yet been shipped by the manufacturer. Please contact us at info@54energy.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we will work with you to find a resolution, including a potential return and refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us immediately at info@54energy.com with your order number and the new shipping address. Once the product has been dispatched by the manufacturer, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
I accidentally placed two identical orders. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will cancel the duplicate order and issue a full refund for it. We monitor for duplicate purchases and will reach out to you proactively when detected.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 5 to 15 business days after payment approval. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product type, and manufacturer availability. During high-demand periods, some shipments may experience additional delays.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries?
Yes, 54 Energy ships worldwide. We regularly deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, EU countries, South Africa, Middle East (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia), Asia, Australia, and Latin America (Colombia, Brazil, Mexico). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Import duties, customs taxes, and local regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the online tracking link and tracking number at the email address associated with your order. If you have not received a tracking email, contact us at info@54energy.com with your order number and we will provide the tracking information.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
We understand how frustrating delays can be. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and occasionally there are delays due to production schedules, customs clearance, or carrier issues. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please email us at info@54energy.com with your order number. We will investigate with the manufacturer and provide you with an updated delivery date. If the delay is excessive, we will arrange a full refund at no additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination, product weight, and package dimensions. The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer a single standard shipping option for all orders.
Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
Import duties, customs taxes, and local import regulations are the responsibility of the buyer. 54 Energy handles shipping logistics and delivery, but we do not act as an import broker and do not handle customs paperwork or import procedures on behalf of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for renewable energy equipment before placing your order.
My package was lost or diverted during shipping. What happens?
If your package was lost, diverted, or if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your package. In cases where the product was lost or diverted during transit, we can arrange a new shipment at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
54 Energy accepts payments via Wise bank transfers, including local and international bank transfers. Through the Wise platform, you can pay using your bank account from virtually any country. We will send you a secure Wise payment request link after you place your order.
We do not accept PayPal, checks, wire transfers via traditional banks, cash on delivery, or net terms. All sales are prepaid.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on 54energy.net are listed in US Dollars (USD). Through Wise, you can pay in your local currency — the platform handles the conversion automatically at competitive exchange rates.
My payment failed or I cannot complete checkout. What should I do?
If you experience issues with the payment process, please contact us at info@54energy.com with your order details. We will send you a new Wise payment link. Make sure your bank account is enabled for online and international transactions.
How does payment via Wise work?
We use Wise (formerly TransferWise) for all payment processing. After you place your order, we send you a Wise payment request link. Through Wise, you can pay via local bank transfer from most countries worldwide. Payment is confirmed once processed by Wise, and your order ships immediately after confirmation.
Do you offer net terms, credit, or purchase orders (PO)?
No. 54 Energy only works with prepaid sales via Wise bank transfer. We do not offer net terms (Net 30, Net 60), credit accounts, or purchase order (PO) processing. All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
🔄 Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
54 Energy offers a full 100% refund in the following situations:
- Your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
- The manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order
- You received the wrong product (different specifications, model, or quantity)
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The order is cancelled before shipment
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Wise bank account). Proof of refund is provided via email upon request.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refund processing times depend on your bank and country. Once we initiate the refund via Wise, you will receive a confirmation email. The funds will appear in your bank account according to your bank's standard processing time. If you have changed your bank account, please let us know so we can process the refund to the correct account.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?

- Your order number
- A photo of the product you received
- A description of what you expected versus what you received
We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
My product arrived damaged or defective. What are my options?
Please contact us with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or full refund.
What happens if I file a chargeback with my bank?
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute with their bank. Most issues (delays, wrong items, refunds) can be resolved by emailing info@54energy.com. Disputes create additional fees and processing time for both parties.

Where can I find technical specifications for a product?

What EV charger cables and adapters do you carry?
We carry a wide range including Type 2 to Type 1 (J1772) cables, Type 2 to Type 2 cables, and portable EVSE charging units. Available configurations include 16A (3.5kW) and 32A (7kW) options. All connector details and compatibility information are listed on each product page.
What about wind turbine weight and mounting?
Weight and mounting specifications vary by model and are listed on each product page. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchasing. Please note that 54 Energy sells the products as listed — we do not offer custom project design, system dimensioning, or personalized installation consulting.
Do you sell solar panels for off-grid and rural installations?
Yes. We offer solar panels from portable 21W USB chargers to large 350W–750W panels in 12V, 24V, and 48V configurations. You can browse all available solar products on our website and review specifications on each product page.
Do you sell voltage and frequency converters?
Yes. We carry step-up and step-down voltage converters, as well as frequency converters for various applications — commonly used for powering equipment between different electrical standards (e.g., 110V/60Hz and 220V/50Hz). Check availability at 54energy.net.
Do you offer custom projects, system design, or installation services?
No. 54 Energy is an online store that sells individual renewable energy products. We do not offer custom project design, load dimensioning, grid integration, system sizing, or installation services. All products are sold as listed on the website.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk order discounts?
For orders of 10 or more units of the same product, volume discounts may be available. Contact us at info@54energy.com with the product details and quantity needed. All purchases, including wholesale orders, are processed with prepaid payment via Wise.
Do you offer franchise, dealership, or distribution partnerships?
No. 54 Energy currently operates exclusively as an online e-commerce store. We do not offer franchise agreements, dealership partnerships, regional distribution rights, or reseller programs at this time.
Can businesses and companies purchase from 54 Energy?
Yes. Businesses are welcome to purchase using the same online process via Wise bank transfer. We do not offer corporate accounts, purchase order (PO) processing, or net terms. For bulk orders, contact us for potential volume discounts.
